How to join
Get your Medicaid ID
You’ll need a Medicaid ID to complete your application. Enrolling with the Nebraska Medicaid program is essential to receive payment for Medicaid claims.
Practitioners
Note: You will also need to register for an ID with the Council for Affordable Quality Healthcare (CAQH) for credentialing.

Facilities
Facilities, ancillary, and long-term service and supports (LTSS) providers need to complete a credentialing application and a signed contract.
